At Drillbrush, we stand by the quality of our cleaning attachments; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unused Drillbrush power scrubbing brushes and accessories in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.
Ship It Back
Send your package via a trackable shipping method to our distribution center; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned brushes, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
